Kind of Variations
Original Variations: many cross stitch designers already suggest hand-dyed threads for their patterns; so this category includes leaflets born already variegated.
Hand-Dyed Variations: this category includes all the patterns you have stitched modifying the threads (from solids to hand-dyeds) and/or the fabrics, using hand-dyed, opalescents, metallic fabrics, and so on.
Solid Variations: this category includes all the patterns you have stitched modifying the threads (from hand-dyeds to solids) and/or the fabrics: other stitchers will able to see how will be an hand-dyed native pattern using traditional threads.
Personal Variations: this category include all the changes your fantasy has suggested you. Have you stitched or modified part of a chart? Have you choose a peculiar fabric (as a Graziano linen, for example)? Have you added beads, buttons or charms as you own fancy? Have you quilted it in a particolar way? That's the right category for that kind of finishes.
